The Client: Beth of Studio Romantiques, Brand Designer
The Service: The Signature Edit — 2 day business intensive + brand photoshoot
Where she was at: Before working together, Beth struggled with inconsistent marketing and felt unsure about the next steps for her business after her recent brand relaunch following a 1-year hiatus from her successful design business. She had recently gone through some major life changes and while those transformations have had a massive and positive impact in her personal life, she had yet to connect those dots to her work.
Objective: Get an outside perspective on her business structure, develop a strategic plan to get closer to her goals, figure out a marketing strategy, feel less resistance to content creation
What we did: Looking back on Beth's previous business success, we unpacked what had worked before and figured out the unique combination that had previously brought in a steady stream of dream clients.
Together we created a new strategy that infused what previously worked, her unique strengths, and what she learned through her own personal transformation so that she could better connect with dream clients in a way that was sustainable and easy for her to implement.
We stripped back her workflows and systems for ease of use and to reduce overwhelm as she regains momentum during her relaunch. We also created a new way for her to approach copywriting, content creation, and lead generation.
I created a step-by-step implementation plan for her to follow for the next 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months so that she can reach her current financial goals and bring in consistent leads again.
Immediate Results: Post-intensive, Beth felt clear, empowered, and excited about her next steps. She gained a detailed action plan and felt more connected to her business vision. As we infused her top strengths into marketing and business structure, she felt that she was closer to bridging the gap between the breakthroughs in her personal life with business.

The Client: Crisia, Cycle & Flow — Fertility Awareness Educator & Fertility Doula
The Service: The Signature Edit — 2 day business intensive + brand photoshoot
Where she was at: Before working together, Crisia was overwhelmed with how to best support her clients and get her services in front of the right people. With multiple ideal clients, her messaging was getting lost and while she was happy with her offers, pricing felt tricky.
Objective: Nail down her target demographic, set up workflows for client intake, refresh brand images to better represent her approach, re-work pricing, and cut through as much confusion and overwhelm as possible.
What we did: As we went through the intensive, she saw how her mixed messaging and lack of focus meant she couldn't call in the people who needed her help the most, and that her impact was falling short.
We pulled apart her entire business and brand strategy and looked over everything to refine her target audience, offerings, workflow, and built a personalized wellness and mindset toolbox so she could stay grounded as she began to implement her new plan.
Together we created a 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month action plan for Crisia to begin implementing immediately after the intensive with metrics and sign posts for her to follow so she could stay on track.
Results: Within 2 days of the intensive, she doubled her rates and booked a client through her new workflow. 3 months out from her intensive, we've gone back and adjusted her action plan so that she can continue to feel confident and powerful with her new direction. Following the work we did in our intensive, she's had dream job opportunities and collaborations with experts come her way!

The Client: M, Therapist turned business coach

Where she was at: Before working together, M felt overwhelmed with her workflow and systems as she felt like she didn't have the right ones set up for her business. She was stalling on her marketing and promoting herself because she was worried that she couldn't support an influx of client. As M moved from therapy work to business coaching, she found she was constantly getting in her own way.
Objective: Go through her systems and workflows with a fine tooth comb to make sure that she had what she needed in place and felt supported.
What we did: We went back to basics and got really clear on who M's target demographic was, simplified all her systems to support her current stage of business, while giving her a snapshot of what her future systems would look like as she continues to grow.
M has a master document that outlines the framework of her business and methodology, but didn't know how to utilize it or talk about it in her marketing. I helped her get crystal clear on which marketing systems to double down on based on her unique strengths, and showed her how to build out content based on her framework that was easy and fun for her to implement weekly.
We created a brand new client journey with clear steps she could implement and an easy set of metrics that would help her stay on track for the next 90 days and beyond.
Immediate Results: After our 1 day virtual intensive, M felt excited and that in one days time we were able to fill all the gaps in her knowledge. She felt that systems were big, complex things and that she needed to automate everything. But after working together and simplifying everything, she felt that what she needed to focus on was now digestible and knew what systems to continue to develop when she was ready.
